Unco Data Systems, Inc. was formed in 1969 to support computer processing for large volume customer statement and invoice printing and mailing for companies that provide scheduled deliveries of products and dispatched services to new and existing customers. Providing accurate accounting, customer management reports, and specialized customer analysis reports has been the keystone of the systems for decades. Some examples of companies serviced include independent or franchised water treatment companies, bottled water distributors and other similar companies.
Since 1969, the company has evolved to a cloud based solution provider offering electronic and hard copy mailing of statements and invoices. Investments in systems have made electronic service work orders, delivery tickets, customer receipts, statements and invoices, replacing a large percentage of more expensive hard copy printed documents. Customer support staffs, managers, sales forces, route delivery personnel, and service technicians are all provided electronic documents and reports so the focus can be on servicing more customers at higher levels of service.
The end result allows companies to reduce costs related to paper documents and continue to service customers and employees with highly efficient technology solutions. Strategic investments continue to be made in the systems and software so the customers of Unco Data Systems, Inc. need not to be concerned about making changes with their own investments and efforts.

Unco Data Systems, Inc. offers three platform offerings. WaterWizzard operates with a cloud platform, powered by Microsoft technology. Lead Tracking operates as an independent online solution or integrated with WaterWizzard for sales commissions and sales performance tracking purposes. Navigator is designed to power the work activities of scheduled and dispatched services and is tightly integrated with the WaterWizzard platform.
